Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance server-side applications. You will be responsible for building robust APIs, managing databases, and ensuring seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain server-side logic and APIs
- Design and manage databases and data models
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications
- Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers
- Maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Node.js / PHP / Python / Java (any one or more)
- Knowledge of backend frameworks (Express.js, Laravel, Django, Spring Boot, etc.)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and API integrations
- Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with authentication & security practices (JWT, OAuth, hashing)
- Experience with Git / version control systems
- Understanding of server hosting, deployment, and basic DevOps
